Equipment Hire
RTP has a range of equipment which is available for your events, whether we are a part of your event management team or not.
Our indoor function equipment are our highest demanded items, but there is a range of equipment which can be used for any event.
All equipment hire includes supply and setup.
Seat Covers
White seat covers with a range of coloured organza ties. Included is the cover and up to 2 organza ties per chair.
Current tie colours available: Purple, Navy Blue, Royal Blue, Lavender
(Other colours can be arranged)
PA System
PA system suitable for large rooms or outdoor spaces. This comes complete with wireless mics and stands

Lighting
Lighting to suit a variety of needs, including to create an ambiance or to get the party started.
A lighting bar can be supplied, typically fitted with 2 LED RGB lights, 1 disco ball, and 1 strobe light. These can be changed to suit needs.
Also available are floodlights which are used to create ambient lighting for a room.
Fog Machine
Supplied with a non-toxic liquid to create a fog in the room, controlled by button to release the fog.

Projector
Projector available to present your screen for all to se, or show video to watch.
Supplied with the required cables for your connections, and laptop can be provided also if needed.
