Through time, some organisations need to make small changes to keep up, and at other times larger more complicated changes are required which have a bigger affect on staff and how operations are carried out.
STP will spend time with you to understand everything that you are currently doing so they understand how your organisation operates, what it does and why.
From this they will then present different options and ideas to help you consider the best options for what suits you before then working with you to help implement change.
This includes speaking with staff, making sure everyone feels supported and onboard with you through the change.

Having helped to set up many charities and other non-profit organisations, and sitting on the board of charities to guide and develop the services they provide and shape how they work, STP can provide support and guidance on setting up and shaping your organisation.
This includes support to write the governing documents (Constitution or Articles of Association) for your organisation and make sure you have the correct policies in place for your launch.
With this also comes information about funding your organisation, advising where you can find out about what funding is available and how to go about writing your application, including writing budgets for your projects.
